First-time pianist, after studying singing (with J. Brumaire, J. Taillon and R. Klekamp) and singing leader (accompaniment class with D. My), Valérie Wuillème obtained State Diplomas (DE ) Vocal Technique (PEA) and Direction of Vocal Ensembles. Specialized in vocal chamber music in ensembles such as Sequenza 9.3., Solistes XXI, Ensemble Vocal d'Auvergne, Soli Tutti, she leads an international career (Cuba, Brazil, Finland, Argentina, China, Japan, South Africa... ), and likes to promote the vocal repertoire of the 20th and 21st centuries by L. Berio, Y. Xenakis, J. Cage, G. Ligeti or G. Aperghis in particular, or by collaborating with great contemporary composers such as P. Hersant , T. Escaich, P. Burgan, JL Florentz…
Interested in all styles of the voice, she trained beyond the borders of classical music, notably with L. Saltiel (Paris) in Jazz Vocal, and R. Sussuma (New York) for contemporary music. Intervening in numerous training courses for choir conductors and amateur singers (co-founder of La Fabrique Vocale), she has worked with circus artists from the National School of Circus Arts in Rosny, and has been teaching singing for many years. years in conservatories, with adults and adolescents ; currently holder of the singing class and responsible for the vocal technique of the CHAM classes at the CRD d'Argenteuil.
