Trained at the CNSM in Paris in the classes of Brigitte Engerer and Pierre-Laurent Aimard, David Saudubray has been the guest of many festivals such as La Roque d'Antheron, Auvers sur Oise, the Chopin de Nohant Festival, the Saint- Denis, the Pianofolies in Le Touquet, Piano in Valois, the Nancyphonies, the Arcs, Saint Robert, Entrecasteaux…

Multi-faceted pianist David Saudubray plays in the Orchester Les Siècles, he also took part as a vocal coach in the production of The Cunning Little Fox by Janacek as well as Aventures et Nouvelles Aventures by Ligeti (Amphithéâtre de l'Opéra Bastille, Capitol of Toulouse, Opera of Bordeaux, Opera of Lille…).

Since 2012, he has been the pianist for the show L'oreille de Proust, which combines texts played, piano and cabaret songs around the musical universe of Proust (Festival of Figeac, national stage of Saintes, theater of Angoulême, etc.). The disc in 4 hands with Anne-Lise Gastaldi which is dedicated to him has received praise from critics.

In addition, he participated for France television in the recording of music for the series Au siècle de Maupassant.

In 2016 David Saudubray performed with Lise Berthaud in the world premiere and live on the BBC Merula Perpetua by Sally Beamish at the London Proms festival. He is also a guest of the Musikfestspiele Potsdam Sansoucci as well as of the Embassy Festival in The Hague in a piano-singing duo with Elodie Fonnard.

Since 2014 he forms with Olivia Hugues and Gregorio Robino the trio Maschere.

David Saudubray is a piano teacher at the CRR in Paris and speaker at the CNSM in Paris.
