Multifaceted artist, Stéphanie Moraly is a concert violinist, a musicologist passionate about French sonatas and a teacher. A precocious musician, she began the violin at the age of 6, won her first competition at 10 and, at 11, gave her first recital, obtained the First Prize in the Young Prodigies Mozart Competition and performed as a soloist at the Théâtres des Champs. -Élysées and Châtelet in Paris, as well as in Prague. After having been a pupil of Suzanne Gessner at the CRR in Paris, she entered the Paris Conservatory at the age of 16 in the class of Sylvie Gazeau, graduated with a First Prize at 19, and then left to perfect her skills at the New England Conservatory in Boston. (USA) with Michele Auclair.

Winner of numerous competitions and foundations, Stéphanie Moraly performs as a soloist with orchestra in France, Italy, the United States, Lithuania and Brazil with orchestras such as the Ensemble Orchestral de Paris, the Orchester des Pays de Savoie or the Lithuanian National Symphony Orchestra. She gives frequent recitals, is passionate about chamber music, and participates in many festivals around the world.

Passionate about sonata, Stéphanie has been forming a duo with pianist Romain David for more than 10 years. In 2010, they recorded their first CD " The Meeting of the Waters ": The Complete Work for Violin & Piano by Olivier Greif (Triton label) , which was critically acclaimed (5 Diapasons) and launched their recital career. They have since recorded Koechlin's Sonata (Timpani, 2017, 5 Diapasons and CHOC Classica), Debussy's Sonata (Klarthe, 2018), and the complete works for violin and piano by Louis Aubert (Azur Classical, 2018, 5 tuning forks).

Stéphanie Moraly is also first violin of the Syntonia Quintet, with whom she gives numerous concerts, records for France Musique and Arte Live Web, and records Dvorak/Suk records: Piano Quintets (Syntonia, 2014, 5 Diapasons), Debussy/Ton -That-Tiet (Klarthe, 2018) as well as a recording combining Koechlin's Sonata and Quintet (Timpani, 2017, 5 Diapasons and CHOC Classica).

Having at heart to be an accomplished artist, Stéphanie is also pursuing a Doctorate in musicology at the Sorbonne, and obtains the degree of Doctor with the congratulations of the jury in January 2014 for her thesis on the French sonata for violin and piano, which she is now considered the specialist. 

Also noticed very early for her qualities as a teacher, Stéphanie became, at the age of 20, Michèle Auclair's assistant in Boston. Holder of the Violin Aptitude Certificate, she is asked to give lessons and masterclasses in France and abroad (Brazil, USA, Canada, etc.), and currently teaches at the CRR de Paris as well as at the Pôle Supérieur de Paris Boulogne. -Billancourt (PSPBB).
