TELTSOVA

Svetlana Teltsova was born and raised in Minsk, Belarus.

At six years old she began her piano studies and entered the Music School for gifted children, then the Academy

of State Music.

The pianist then works on works by Bach, Beethoven, Scriabin,  Prokofiev,  Liszt,  Brahms,  Ravel...

After her training at the State Academy completed by master classes (Hans Leygraf) and competitions (A. Casagrande in Italy), she was Assistant to Professors Sergei Mikulik and Igor Olovnikov in Minsk and obtained the rank of Master   of  Arts.

The following year she was appointed Assistant to Professor Tatiana Zagorovskaya at the prestigious Rimsky-Korsakov Conservatory in  St. Petersburg.

Then she decided to improve her skills in Germany where she won a scholarship from DAAD (Hochschule  für Musik und Theater in Hannover).

Svetlana Teltsova has lived in France since 2001 and alternates a career as a soloist with duo concerts with others. pianists, singers, instrumentalists and teaching at the Montrouge Conservatory.

 

She played in St. Petersburg, Vienna and New York, was invited to the festival “Les Cadeaux Romantiques du Vaisseau Fantôme” (Paris) and to the concert during the Fête de la Musique at the Elysée Palace as a soloist; played in the Salle Cortot and the Salle Münsterhof (Strasbourg).
